Decorative design stamps are made of hardened tool steel for decorating all kinds of jewelry.
These design stamps can add an artistic effect to silver, copper or other metals.
They are made from 1/4" round heat-treated tool steel and are 3 1/4" long.
The designs are approximately 4.5mm-6mm wide or tall depending on the stamp.
Made in the USA.
**Design Stamping can be tricky at first, a bit more difficult to use then letter stamps. You need to hit some stamps quite hard to get a good impressions, while others, depending on the design, you don't need to strike quite as hard. You might want to purchase a 3x3 copper sheet to practice on before stamping your expensive sterling silver. (please see my listing for the 3x3" copper practice sheet).
